Special attention is given to each assignment.

The selection of services available on this site, cost in the range of $4 - $60 for each photo/design. We add 20% to rush orders of 6 hours or less and 10% for 12 hours or less on basic mug assignments. Proofs for assignments that are outside the scope of the services listed on this site are expected to be available after 24 hours. An "assignment" qualifies as each time a photo is sent to mugchat.com for service with a unique set of instructions.

Once your request/assignment is recieved, we send a quote for your approval. When the quote is approved, we request a 50% deposit. Upon receiving the deposit, our work on your proofs begins.

Communication regarding assignment details through email is encouraged in order to provide the most satisfying results. Transactions are via internet and payment is accepted through PayPal.
